The building is equipped with the latest security features, ensuring security on every floor. From parking garage through to the top floor. Access into the  parking garage is based on license plate recognition. Secure access gates provide access to the offices on all floors.  Floors can be reached by two spacious and fast elevators. Automatic doors are installed throughout the building. 

From a security aspect, all the latest advanced alarm installations are in place, including a CCTV installation.

Hospitality

The building can provide all hospitality needs as required. 

As we're flexible with how the space is used, the building can either be offered with or without reception services included. Throughout the building, attractive meeting rooms, coffee bars, lunch areas and a restaurant can be installed. An auditorium can also be built if requested.

Comfort

 
Provide your staff with a comfortable and luxurious work space, including plenty of natural light. The controlled airflow, provides 50 m3 fresh air per person per hour. The temperature, LED lighting and sun shades can be conveniently controlled with WebApp  per 3.6m of office space, allowing for a comfortable temperature in every part of the office. Four luxurious toilets are located on each floor.

Leiden Innovation Center. An iconic building and prestigious landmark in the landscape of Leiden. The design of the building is based on a Roman guarding tower, as the building is situated in ‘Roomburg’ business park, once the home to Roman fort Matilo.
